Rider Assignment Form for 12-Hour Teams Form to help organize your team's riders for the full 12-hour event.  Each hour should be filled in with rider's name and phone number prior to event check-in. click to download 12hr Rider Form		UCC Flyer The official 8-1/2" x 11" UCC flyer is a smaller version of the poster for easier printing.  This too can be posted at work, local business', schools, etc., but can also be distributed at other events or just handed out to potential participants.  Please ask for permission before posting. click here to download 8x11 UCC Flyer
